Recruit Academy Staff
The course instructors are Washington State Patrol IFSAC Fire Service Instructor I certified with years of firefighting experience to support both classroom and drillground instruction. Instructors fuse reliable program curriculum information with real world examples from the field to deliver outstanding knowledge and information and prepare recruits for an exciting future in the fire service. The instructors have a strong passion for teaching, creating a learning environment that is both creative and disciplined. TFRTC Firefighter Recruit Academy instructors represent the participating Thurston County fire service agencies.
